The menarche workshop, led by writer and educator Bethany Adams, focuses on storytelling and writing. Participants will explore “Blood Stories,” personal and cultural narratives connected to menstruation and coming of age. Using guided prompts and journaling, participants will write their own stories and have the opportunity to share them in a supportive group setting.
